This website is operated by Lifeline Corporation Pte Ltd (and its country subsidiaries, collectively the "Lifeline Group"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Lifeline Group. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms apply to all users of the corporate Sites — lifeline.com.sg, lifeline.com.my, lifelinecorp.com.au, lifelinecorp.com.ph — and our online shop at shop.lifelinecorp.com. Online shop orders are governed by additional Online Shop Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Use of content

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product information, brand marks — is the property of the Lifeline Group or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, share, and download content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Republishing, scraping, framing, or commercial reuse requires our written permission.

Product information & clinical guidance

Product descriptions, specifications, clinical guidance, and case stories on the site are provided in good faith. They are not a substitute for professional clinical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or other qualified clinician for personalised recommendations. Specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Lifeline reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Online shop orders

All orders made via our online shop are deemed offers to purchase, accepted by Lifeline upon shipment. Purchases are deemed final and non-refundable, except for defective items, in which case we will arrange exchange. To exchange a defective item, contact e-sales@lifeline.com.sg or +65 6289 2062 within 3 days of delivery. The original invoice/receipt/warranty card and original packaging are required.

Free delivery applies to online orders above SGD 229.36; otherwise a courier fee from SGD 6 applies. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, Monday to Friday, during operation hours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Lifeline Group is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party services or content (e.g. shop.lifelinecorp.com, social media platforms, supplier websites). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Lifeline Group from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms apply from the date posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
